Several of you have noticed some performance problems with the website at peak times. I have requested that the provider triple our RAM as we are using up most of it and causing a slowdown. Hopefully, this will go into effect in the next day or so. Thanks for your patience!

An increase in RAM is only part of the problem. The site clearly needs aftermarket exhaust to make best speed, jeez Steve all hot-rodders know this stuff. I suggest all SC.orgers have my keboards all flowmatched, and monitors color balanced also. Maybe some VGs on my router would prevent infomation stalling also. Anyone do that?

I just love being on-call, so much time to run amuck.

HA! I love it!

I was trying to think of a good hot rod analogy for adding RAM, since it does not add speed per se unless the system is overloaded, hmmmm

I'm not too clever at this hour of the morning.. :morning:

Uh, Oh! Mike's been into the Hot Rod Magazines and Corona again.....

Heck, for some of us older schmucks-a short break is good periodically whilst surfing--gives us time for a nap....

UUuuhhhh.... Steve....

I've been getting a LOT of e-mails for help with "performance" problems... Maybe I could just forward them to your provider?

I don't mind the e-mails - I just want to know which of my friends told... :o
