whelen strobe repair?

My strobe went out, ordered a new flash tube but that did not fix the problem. Where is a good place to send a self contained older strobe for repairs? Thanks teeweed

Whelen told me they are usually not repairable. Others say that you could find some teenage genius to replace the electrolytic capacitor and keep on (illegally?) flying. Whelen got me for a $450 comet strobe box, that required a very small woman with delicate hands and mechanical skills to install. If you are experimental, things are not so grim.
