Polish pilot's eye exam

A Polish pilot went to the doc for his FAA medical examination.
When it came time for the vision test the nurse showed him a card with the letters:
'C Z W I X N O S T A C Z.'

“ Can you read this?” the nurse asked.
“Read it?” the Polish pilot replied, “I know the guy.”
