1 1/4"wheels 1 1/2" axels

any one know the right bearing to use when switching from 1 1/4" bearings to a 1 1/2" axel??
I have a set of wheels with bearings for a standard 1 1/4" axel
however my axel i'm currently using is 1 1/2 any ideas??
