That is one of the most retarded things I've seen.
 
All these years of draining the sumps and it turns out the engines do run with water in the tanks.

The pilot (2,500 hrs TT, 368 in make and model, not instrument rated) landed downwind on a 2,900' runway. The calculated required landing distance was 3,570'. The airport was closed to jet traffic. He did not make any position reports while in the pattern (there was GA traffic in the pattern at the time).
