I'm not to far down the road from you. I did the same thing last year but, only 1000 FTx80 FT. I'm about 1 mile outside the east entrance of Itasca State Park.

I won't be back in MN til June but may stop by for a chat why I get back.

How far from Ashby,Mn? My father inlaw lives there and I plan to vist him this summer via Cub from Michigan. Also if you know of any of airport remote strips in the area could you let me know. Tom

I'm about 100 miles NE also. I grew up on a farm near Underwood and it is not to far from Ashby and have I relatives in Ashby also. If I can reach any of them I'll see if there are any strips in the area.

Fergus Falls

Give me a buzz - Keep my 12 on the southwest shore of Ottertail Lake in the summer - almost directly across the bay from Zorbaz. if you are on floats - stop by. There are about 8 of us on Cub type float planes in the Fergus area.
