BACKCOUNTRY FLY-IN
JOHNSON CREEK, IDAHO
AUGUST 18~19~20, 2006

Check out the recently repaired webcam. This technology should allow us to get Diggler ID'd this year.

I used all three of my votes for the 2006 Super Cub calendar profiles on Diggler. Then Steve reiterated that he wants to remain anonymous. I guess that if I posted the kinds of posts that he does on this site, I'd want to remain anonymous too.

I heard that he was also at the AK Airmen's show last year, but undercover.....

Just put a "Hilary 2008" T-Shirt in the middle of one of those mice sticky traps, place it near the SC.org exhibit at the AK Airmans show and ya got him.

Say, was that the same Hillary on the tv the other day complaining about the VP's tardiness in talking about the hunting accident the same one that "lost" all of the Rose Law firm billing records for three years or so? 8)

I'd still rather go bird hunting with the Vice President than go for a car ride with Ted Kennedy. Ted just didn't forget about the media for a day . . he forgot about his passenger.

Even the slightest reference to the beloved Diggler increases your R&R risk exponentially.

Politics aside, I have a hunch ol' Diggler just may know what he's talking about. I'd buy him a beer.

I wonder what the penalty would be for the average non-resident hunter if they got caught hunting without the proper stamp after they shot someone. :onfire:

I am guessing not a warning ticket. But then the secret service does have more pull than a Texas game warden.

Steve tells me I already had a beer with Dig in Johnson Creek. That narrows it down to about a hundred or so folks.

I Should have added this. Trim my comments out if it keeps it out of r&r, sj.

Diggler just knows how to get your goat.

Texas is giving out warnings for no stamps since they just started the practice 5 months ago. No special treatment.

Talk about a thread hijack. Max entropy. Who's this Diggler guy anyway? ;)

...Who's this Diggler guy anyway? ;)

Just some guy (or is it a gal?) who has to wear a paper bag over his head when he goes to fly-ins. :anon

Maybe Digglers real name is Steve Johnson. :D
I'll still buy him a beer.

Sorry,

Diggler is way more clever than I, and besides, I didn't drink beer at Johnson Creek.

Dave - I have a 454 with the 6 inch barrel. Can't imagine pulling the trigger on that little beast.

Anyway sounds like fun and give my best to the winner of the hand cannon.

Just a little "piece of mind" for you guys wandering around the arctic tundra. You may never need it, but you'll feel lot's better knowing it's there.

Whoa!! A two and a half inch barrel...guaranteed to burn your eyebrows off when you shoot it! Even if you miss the bear the muzzle blast will surely scare him away.

Don't try to take this thing through Canada, they'll lock you up forever for carrying a WMD.

How fitting that you would post this on my birthday.
