Brown Bear

Brown Bear hunting season opens Aug. 10. I missed it last year, ain't gonna happen this year!
Ol Bear Dog is so ready, I saw him chase and tree a kitty cat yesterday! He thought it was a stunted Brown Bear!
I apologize for him, he had a momentary lapse of senses. It won't happen again. We had a man to man talk, I splained to him the difference in Bear size versus kitty cat size. I think he now understands.
He didn't do any damage, I drug him off before he got ahold of the small miniature bear.
I'm a happy camper, I get to shoot two of them moose killing sumbitches this year.

We've been chasing a BIG Bear for four-five years, maybe this year is it.

It was cold and clear here in Vermont this morning. Got me thinking that hunting season isn't that far off. Headed to Northern Quebec for caribou and lake trout in late August and I can't wait.
