I am almost certain I will be ordering a set of these new LED nav/strobe lights for my experimental. Anyone else going with these? LEDs have come a long ways.

Bugs,
Let me know what you think when you get them. I am strongly considering them for my Smith Bushmaster. But I will not be picking the kit up until May sometime.

Most of our new wreckers have led lights, they seem to last longer. Also we are using led drop light in the garage. If 1 bulb goes out they keep working. They run really cool also. They are perfect for interior work.

I want to use them, too. The ones Aircraft Spruce has on their website. They are a self-contained nav/strobe unit for each wing tip and seem to be cheaper than the traditional Whelen equivalent with tungsten bulbs. I'm going to attempt interior cockpit lighting with LEDs too.
