If one has a spare set of wheels with mounted tires, what would be a reasonable time for changing. That is a remove and replace time?
Configuration - PA12 with cleveland wheels and brakes
a 1 hr minimum charge would not be unreasonable due to time to deal with customer before and after for billing. If you are a regular customer it may be a little less.
I was asking the question because I am considering buying a set of tundras and wondering if it would pay to also get a spare set of wheels to facilitate changing back and forth, which would probably happen at least once every two months.
