Need a fuselage dimension

Hello,

I am repairing an early PA-18 fuselage for an experimental project. I am needing the dimension of the fuselage width at the rear of the door. This would be the distance across the longerons at the point where the vertical members go from the upper longeron to the cabin top.

My badly copied original prints show this to be around 27.5" from the outside of the longerons. Can anyone confirm this or tell me what it should be?

I would also appreciate the width dimension at the front of the door, across the cabin, to the front of the window opening.

Mine shows 27.5" on the rear, outside of tube to outside of tube. The same deminsion across the front of the cabin from the outside of the door to the outside of the tube where the small front window goes at the throttle. I am measuring my L18C that has never been damaged as best I can tell.
