Tire size

On the sidewalls my tires say Bushwheel Alaskan 26x12x6 When I put tape to them they are 23in. tall &10in. wide. Would someone explain that to me. Thanks,Scotty

Bushwheel sizes

Have you put air in them yet. I'm serious, I have a new set of radial 29" Bushwheels and they grew a lot when I put air in them. I had a set of 26" bushwheels and they measured 26" inflated when measured from front to back. They measured about 24" tall when on the plane beacuse the footprint swallowd about 2". I never measured the width. 26" Goodyears measured closer to 24".

Actually, the 26 inches is a reference to the thickness that the purchase of these tires removes from one's wallet.

They are, nonetheless, great tires.
