I am looking for a copy of a 337, which has been approved, for the installation of the Cubcrafter's underseat storage box. If you have one you would like to share, send me a private message or an e-mail at djfraudman@earthlink.net. I can give you a number to fax it to, an address to mail it to, or you could scan it and attach it to an e-mail.
Thanks for the assistance.
I've received copies of some 337's that should get the job done. I appreciate the assistance and thanks again.

They supplied me with one. I noticed Staddard's has a box for $75. Is it the same as CC? It's cheaper if I remember correctly.

Do you need a stc or 337 to haul a storage box in your cub?

My take is that it is a piece of plastic that is stuck under the seat......no modification or alteration........so it is a minor mod in my logbook. Am I wrong?

Doesn't Atlee or Landes still make an underseat storage box, I don't think either had an STC or needed on? they fit under the seat if you want to retain the stock worthless seat?
Mine was just mentioned on the 337 along with the extended baggage, removable cross bar, etc. etc., (days gone by) This @#@#%^is getting rediculus! just slap a blazo box back there, and pile the crap in and go fishing!

Landes makes and sells the under seat storage they are the red ones you see under the back seats of most cubs in Alaska. They are easy to install you will be required to do a little trimming but the installation will go fast. If anyone is interested my airplane came with two custom fitted pieces of plywood under the seat with a cover over the control cables. When I find the time I will pull them out and take pictures and measurments for those wanting to build there own. The nice thing about this is you can keep the seat springs ( if you like) and place everthing you want in nylon bags under the seat you actually will increase your storage space.
