Looking for a copy of a 337 for 3" Extended gear for a

Does anyone have a copy of a 337 for installing 3" extended gear on a J3 or PA11? My inspector said this will help him to get a field approval for my J3 that has been converted to a PA11. Any help is appreciated. I have looked for a STC from Atlee Dodge and a few others that offer the 3" extended gear, but they don't have one.
