The published (STC) static RPM range for a stock 150 using the 82/42 Borer prop is 2350 - 2450. Over the course of 2 engines and 14 years the best static RPM I have acheived (using a tach guage) was 2340 at 10 deg. c. and 2300 asl. Would be interested to know of others using similar configuration and their actual static RPMS (using tach guage).
