Help? Could some one give me the scoop on this AD? What muffler new or "remanufactured"/rebuilt qualifies for what portion of the inspection proceedure?
Do you have to take at least one side off to look in the muffler? as well as up the stack?
Where is the requirement for the installation of a "Bail" And on a PA-20/12/22 muffler where the stack is a seperate part, is there a specification as to what clearance should be maintained between the end of the bail and the flame cone?
